State Rep. Tony Brown, D-Baldwin City, was recently recognized by House Democratic Leader Paul Davis for achieving attendance during the 2009 and 2010 legislative sessions. Brown also achieved a 100 percent voting record during both sessions.

“In a citizen legislature such as ours in Kansas, legislators have families, jobs and other obligations in addition to their legislative work,” said Davis. “Tony’s attendance and voting records are a reflection of his commitment to the people of Douglas and Franklin counties.”
