BHS baseball moved to Friday, softball still scheduled for today
Baldwin High School Activities Director Gary Stevanus announced this morning that the BHS baseball games against Ottawa today have been moved to Friday afternoon.
The Bulldogs were scheduled to play the Cyclones at home today, but the new baseball fields aren’t complete at the new complex west of Baldwin City. The games were going to be moved to Ottawa, but transportation couldn't be arranged at the time, because of other scheduled events.
However, the BHS softball team will play Ottawa at 4:30 p.m. today at home. Those games will be played at the new complex, which is south of the Baldwin Elementary School Intermediate Center. The varsity team will play on the southeast field, while the junior varsity team will play on the northwest field.
