A new photo gallery is available for viewing on the Signal's Web site.

The gallery features pictures from the first weekend of the Thomas the Tank Engine event at the Midland Railway Depot.

The event is running this weekend for its final days in Baldwin City this summer. It will be here Saturday and Sunday.

For the first 30 families on Saturday and Sunday, the fathers get to ride with Thomas for free. The rest of the weekend, fathers get $4 off their ticket prices. These offers are only good for on-site purchases.

Tickets are $18 for ages 2 and up, but Friday tickets can be purchased for $15 if the promotion code, found at www.midland-ry.org, is used. Trains depart every 45 minutes each day.

The tickets for the 25-minute ride with Thomas can still be purchased. They can be purchased by calling 866-468-7630 or online at www.ticketweb.com or www.midland-ry.org.
