MARY F. WALTZ
Inurnment services for Mary F. Waltz, 72, Baldwin, will be at 7:30 p.m. Saturday at the family farm.
Mrs. Waltz died Thursday, Aug. 4, 2005, at Lakeview Manor in Lawrence.
She was born Nov. 8, 1932, in Raytown, Mo., the daughter of Frank J. and Lucille Owen Belz. She graduated from Ruskin High School in Hickman Mills, Mo.
Mrs. Waltz was a past member of Order of the Eastern Star in Baldwin.
She married James C. Waltz on Aug. 15, 1954, in Lee's Summit, Mo. He survives, of the home.
Other survivors include a son, James H. Waltz, rural Baldwin; two daughters, Debra J. Studer, Eudora, and Linda D. Waltz, Fairway; seven grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Friends may call from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. Friday at the home of James C. Waltz, 1663 N. 145th Road, Baldwin.
The family suggests memorials to Heart of America Hospice, 1311 Wakarusa Drive, Suite 2121, Lawrence 66049.
Kansas City Funeral Directors is in charge of arrangements.
Funeral services for Patricia Rockhold, 66, Centropolis, were Monday at the Worden United Methodist Church. Mrs. Rockhold died Aug. 4, 2005, at the Baldwin Care Center.
She was born June 13, 1939, at Lawrence, the daughter of Fred and Lelia (Patton) Myers. She attended school in the Centropolis area and graduated from Appanoose High School.
She married Keith Rockhold July 22, 1956, at Centropolis. She was a 25-year member of Worden United Methodist Church.
Survivors include her husband of the home, four children, Joan Williams and her husband Larry, Centropolis; Glenn Rockhold and his wife Tammy, Pomona; Teri Kaub, Pomona, and Cecil Rockhold and his companion Jennifer Bellinger, Centropolis; 10 grandchildren; one great-grandchild, and one brother, George Myers and his wife Eva, Ottawa.
She was preceded in death by her parents, two sons, Dale and Kenneth Rockhold, and two brothers, Rex and Lester Myers.
Burial was at Union Cemetery, Centropolis. Memorials may be made to Baldwin Care Center and sent in care of Lamb-Roberts Funeral Home, PO Box 14, Ottawa, KS 66067.
