Vinland Living Nativity Scene draws large crowds
The Vinland Living Nativity Scene is once again the place to take in the true meaning of Christmas in the Baldwin area. The 29th annual version of the depiction of the birth of Jesus Christ is on display at the Vinland Fairgrounds.
The scene started Tuesday night and ran through Thursday. It has always offered a time and place for area residents to slow down from the hectic pace of the holiday season and reflect on what the season is all about for many.
Visitors come from all over the area to view the scene. Good-will donations are accepted, but there is no admission charge. Proceeds got to the Youthville program.
