Vinland Fair benefit sausage supper

The annual whole hog and sausage benefit supper for the 105th Vinland Fair will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Saturday at the Exhibition Building on the Vinland Fairgrounds. Following a tradition of more than 60 years, the supper will feature quarter-pound sausages made from the carcass of a locally produced pig, including the uncured hams, shoulders and tenderloins.
Volunteers are needed to help cleanup of the Exhibition Hall for the supper starting at 9 a.m. Saturday.
