Duane and Janet Koester of Hoisington, KS and Kevin and Sarah Lober of Baldwin City, KS announce the engagement of their children Sarah Koester and Kyle Lober. Sarah is a nursing major in Olathe, KS and Kyle is a Project Engineer at Titan Construction Org Inc. A July 2015 wedding is planned.
